TrendGal showcases fashion items offering hyperlinks to the online boutiques where they are available for sale. In no event shall TrendGal be held responsible for these sites’ content, conditions of sale or policies governing the terms of use and/or privacy. TrendGal shall not be held responsible for any damages, losses or inconvenience that might directly or indirectly result from an online transaction or any other use of their services.

5. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

A significant portion of TrendGal’s content is generated by its members through comments, rankings, votes, messages and other actions. We shall not be held responsible for the opinions expressed by our users. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to purge all content that could impact the site’s operations or friendly ambiance, including, but not limited to, obscene, racist, sexist or demeaning content or spam.
The public content that you generate (consult the privacy policy) may be viewed by any or all site members and visitors. Such content may be removed after a certain period of time has elapsed or a limit has been reached, such as profile comments or off-season items and their related information.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

YOU AGREE THAT TRENDGAL AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF TRENDGAL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE TRENDGAL PLATFORM OR ANY CODE OR CONTENT, (ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (v) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.
